Hi, Subscriber First Name! Last week, I celebrated my birthday, and I’m still feeling so grateful for the love, support, and reflections that came with turning 35. It’s a milestone that had me looking back—not just at how I got here, but at how I want to move forward. As an ambitious woman, it’s easy to fall into the trap of rushing through life, measuring success by external expectations, and pushing through burnout like it’s a badge of honor. But I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) that real success is honoring your own pace, trusting your process, and knowing when to slow down. So, in the spirit of living life more intentionally, I wrote down 35 lessons I’ve learned in my 35 years. Some are lighthearted, some are deep, and all of them have shaped how I choose to move through the world.
